About the Conference Sessions: The Chapter offers four tracks throughout the conference so employee owners of all experience levels gain from the information provided. Whether you are brand new to ESOPs, experienced with ESOPs or a Senior Manager, the annual conference has sessions and networking for everyone.
Track One: Mini-Seminars - Some subjects just need a little longer to fully explain and discuss. This year we introduce a track of mini-seminars ranging from Basic ESOPs to ESOP Leadership to ESOP Fiduciary Issues.
Track Two: Technical Topics - In this track, you will expand your technical ESOP skills with such sessions as advanced ESOP valuation issues and dealing with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Department of Labor (DOL).
Track Three: Communication Topics and Employee Ownership - While it would be so much easier to communicate the benefits of employee ownership if we had the telepathic powers of Professor Y, this track will assist the mere mortals among us to build an employee ownership culture at our companies. Learn how to foster and keep alive the Super-Hero ESOP spirit.
Track Four: Senior Manager Session and Bonus Tracks - Senior Manager Seminar: The Conference will also feature a half-day seminar for executives and leaders of ESOP companies. The seminar will address topics including how to lead an ESOP company, setting executive compensation, succession planning, motivating employees and much, much more. Join us to network and learn from your fellow ESOP leaders. (This seminar is for ESOP Corporate Members only – prior RSVP required.)
