We are members of the ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership and our professionals are frequent speakers, lecturers, and teachers on the subject of ESOP valuation methodology and financial advisory work at conferences and meetings sponsored by these organizations and others. Professional staff members hold key positions on the ESOP Association’s Valuation Advisory Committee and the Interdisciplinary Committee on Fiduciary Issues. We are on the Editorial Board of the NCEO’s Journal of Employee Ownership Law and Finance. One of our Principals is the course developer and instructor for the American Society of Appraiser’s ESOP Valuation Course.
